**Refund Policy**

At Pooja Rituals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our policy for refunds and exchanges:

**Requests:**
We accept requests for replacement or refund within 5 calendar days of receiving the product. Requests can be initiated even before the product is delivered. However, we will not entertain any requests after 5 calendar days from the product's delivery date.

**Eligibility for Replacement:**
We process replacement requests under the following circumstances:
1. Manufacturing defect in the supplied product.
2. The product supplied is different from the one ordered.
3. The product has not been used or worn.
4. The product is returned in its original, unbroken, and unsoiled packaging.
5. Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
6. Products under warranty (if eligible).

**Non-Eligibility for Replacement:**
1. Items specified as "non-refundable."
2. Consumable items like incense sticks, turmeric, etc.
3. Customized pooja boxes and items.
4. Any item deemed non-consumable in nature.

**Customer Responsibility:**
1. Carefully pack the product for replacement.
2. The customer bears return courier charges for unsatisfactory product reasons.
3. Reverse pick-up is offered only for defects or wrong product delivery.

**Additional Policies:**
- For COD (cash on delivery) orders, failure to accept the order will result in a ban from future purchases on our website.
- Frequent replacements and cancellations with prepaid orders may lead to a ban from future purchases, and customers are urged to read product descriptions and policies before ordering.

**Refund Process:**
- Once a replaced item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to update you on the approval or rejection of your replacement.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

**Exchanges:**
We replace/exchange products with manufacturing defects within 5 days from the delivery date. Follow these steps for exchanges:

1. Contact us at orders@poojaritual.com.
2. Share proof of purchase and an image of the product.
3. Only the defective product will be exchanged.
4. Customer responsibility: Pack the product carefully.
5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the exchange request.

The entire exchange process concludes within 21 days from receiving the product.
